Pulsar: Estratégia de Desenvolvimento Económico do Porto pretende assumir-se como farol orientador do desenvolvimento económico para a próxima década, apoiando-se na autenticidade e carisma do Porto: uma cidade vibrante, integradora e inclusiva, orgulhosa do seu passado e com os olhos postos no futuro.

O Pulsar concretiza-se em 10 projetos, que envolvem um investimento direto de cerca de 600 milhões de euros até ao final da década, cerca de metade assegurado pelo Município, e considerando, igualmente, as possibilidades de financiamento do novo período de programação estrutural.

O processo de desenvolvimento do Pulsar é o resultado da reflexão coletiva das entidades que têm impacto direto e indireto no desenvolvimento económico do Porto, tendo contado com a participação de diversos atores estratégicos da sociedade civil e local, de instituições e do ecossistema empresarial.

PULSAR: The Porto Economic Development Strategy aims to become a guiding beacon of economic development for the next decade, based on the authenticity and charisma of Porto: a vibrant, integrating and inclusive city, proud of its past and with its eyes on the future. 

The Pulsar programme is divided into 10 projects, representing a direct investment of around 600 million euros by the end of the decade, about half of which will be provided by the municipality, also taking into account the funding possibilities of the new structural programming period. 

The Pulsar development process is the result of the collective reflection of the entities that have a direct and indirect impact on the economic development of Porto, with the participation of several strategic actors from civil and local society, institutions and the business ecosystem.
